Can Legal Docs provides automated document templates only. You answer questions and our software generates a draft document from your answers.

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates a lawyer–client relationship.
Have a lawyer review your document
Before signing, sending, or relying on any generated document, you must have it reviewed by a licensed lawyer in your province.
No guarantees
We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or legal enforceability of any template or generated document. Laws change and every situation is different.
You assume the risk
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. You assume all risk for using the documents, including any loss, cost, or dispute arising from their use.
Unlawful use is prohibited
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, upload unlawful content, or present the service as legal advice or as a law firm.
Payments
Drafting and editing are free. Downloading a document costs $5 CAD per document, charged once via our payment processor. All sales are final.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
